Dr Cichello served as a Senior Honorary Research Fellow at The University of Melbourne and La Trobe University for over 7 years, publishing 35 peer reviewed scientific research papers, literature reviews and book chapters. His international research career also includes research collaborative roles at the Chinese Academy of Sciences in both Kunming and Beijing, China. There he contributed to collaborative research in nutritional pharmacology and herbal therapeutics.
