From international laboratories to legal offices in Melbourne, Dr Simon Angelo Cichello brings over 20 years of cross-disciplinary expertise in scientific research, corporate innovation, and legal practice. With a Bachelor of Agricultural Science with first class honours (Dux) from La Trobe University & PhD in Nutritional Biochemistry entitled “Protein and energy metabolism in cachexia and obesity “ and an Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of New England, and undergoing Master of Laws at University of Melbourne, Dr Cichello exemplifies the rare convergence of academic depth and practical leadership.
He completed his Supervised Legal Training in March 2025 with Fogarty, Oliver and Rothschild, and has undertaken the Victorian Bar Entrance Exam in the same year. He currently works with the legal team at Oliver Fogarty and Rothschild, where he assists in civil litigation, compliance audits, and legal research for corporate and public clients.
